COVID-19 has created an unprecedented uncertainty for the future of Travel; Tourism & Hospitality industry, atleast for the first few years.
The negative impact on stake-holders, particularly, travel agencies; tour operators and the Hospitality sector has been extremely severe. Due to the immense challenge posed on Airlines, this impact got rolled over to the Travel Agencies involved with Aviation and thus resulting in never before challenges and complex situations in managing passengers. To regain the normalcy in the industry, it will take some time. However, during these trying times, the industry stake-holders require extensive hand-holding in order to sustain their continuity in the industry. This also calls for a direct connect of all associations; organizations; aviation sector and tourism boards with the Governments, who must extend support to keep this most important industry progressing to a better situation from the current.
